About the Programme

Our two-year rotational programme prepares you for accelerated entry into an impactful role, shaping your future as an Operations leader. Since its launch in 2009, over 300 graduates have completed our programme, and gone on to exciting careers.

The programme consists of three eight-month placements, each giving you valuable insight into our business and the opportunity to contribute to its strategic direction.

Throughout the two-year programme, you’ll also come together with your global cohort during each rotation. These three meet-ups - hosted across the Americas, EMEA and APAC, provide dedicated time to connect, collaborate and learn with peers from around the world.

Depending on your placements, you could develop your knowledge across Supply Chain, Logistics, PT&D, External Sourcing, Global Quality, Procurement, Information Technology and Engineering, building a strong foundation for rapid learning, growth and a future career in Operations.
